We at GSL, started operations in 1999 providing Hardware Maintenance and Support. Over the years, our customers have given us immense support and have been partners in our growth.

Our frustration with the inability of proprietary software to provide “true customer support and solutions” led us to Open Source and we have never looked backed since, comfortable with the idea of providing solutions to clients that “fit their needs”.

Any infrastructure/application support is meaningless without an understanding of underlying hardware. This is where our focus on hardware support has positioned us uniquely as a “single point of contact” for most IT needs of an organization.

In addition to hardware AMCs, we also provide helpdesk-related support and staffing, as well as undertake help-desk infrastructure setups (both hardware and software).
IT Facilities Management Services (FMS) is another related service we undertake by effectively combining technical staff, tools and processes to ensure that your IT setup is always up and running.
